Paying with your phone is easy, safe, and convenient. Download your Mobile Wallet App, and follow the instructions for adding your Connected Credit Union debit and credit card. Once you have added the card information, follow the vendors' verification process. Begin paying for your purchases with participating merchants anytime!

What is Mobile Wallet?

Mobile wallet is an app that securely stores your credit and/or debit card information, providing an easier way to pay without carrying a physical card.

Using Mobile Wallet?

Simply open your mobile wallet app, select the card you would like to pay with and click when prompted on your phone or tap your phone on the payment terminal. Mobile wallet can be used anywhere you see this symbol:

How do I add my Connected Credit Union debit or credit card?

 Apple Pay LogoFor Apple Pay: Open the Apple Wallet app, tap the + sign, then tap Debit or Credit Card, and finally tap Continue. After you have added your card information to your mobile wallet, you will need to follow the mobile wallet's instructions to finalize the verification process.

 Samsung Pay Logo For Samsung Pay: Open the Samsung Pay app, tap Menu, then Cards, then Add card, and finally tap Add credit/debit card. After you have added your card information to your mobile wallet, you will need to follow the mobile wallet's instructions to finalize the verification process.

 Google Pay Logo For Google Pay: Open the Google Wallet app, tap Add to wallet +, then Payment card, and finally tap New debit or credit card. After you have added your card information to your mobile wallet, you will need to follow the mobile wallet's instructions to finalize the verification process.

 

Fitbit Pay is transitioning to Google Wallet.

Fitbit Pay will be decommissioned on July 29, 2024. After March 26th, Wallet on Fitbit will become available for all Fitbit Pay users. All Fitbit devices that support Fitbit Pay will be required to update to Wallet on Fitbit.
