To report a debit card lost or stolen, please call 1-800-472-3272 (during non-business hours). Otherwise, please contact the credit union (during regular business hours) at 1-800-464-3773. Reporting promptly may limit your liability.

 

Your VISA Credit Card is More Secure Than Ever!

Our VISA credit card holders have the ability to lock their card and prevent it from being used from the convenience of our digital banking platform. This added feature is helpful in the event your card is lost or stolen. When logged into the eZCard info site or by clicking on Credit card details/payments in digital banking, you will see an open lock at the top right corner. By clicking on the image to lock it, you are preventing the card from use until you unlock it at another time. This would also impact any automatic payments that are billed on the card. This feature allows time to search for a lost or stolen card without the worry that it could be used by someone. Once the card is locked, it cannot be used for any reason until the cardholder unlocks it by clicking on the lock again and confirming that it is once again open for use.
